We are proud to announce that a consortium, comprising Lereko Investments (Pty) Ltd, Metier Investment and Advisory Services (Pty) Ltd and Management have acquired the entire shareholding from the parent company of Veolia Propreté (a subsidiary of Veolia Environnement, which is listed on the Paris and New York bourse). This transaction has resulted in a change of name to ORICOL ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES (PTY) LTD (ORICOL) with the new owners of the company boosting the Black shareholding to 55%.

The name 'ORICOL' originates from the combination of two words, to communicate an all-encompassing understanding of our business and core offerings. 'ORI' refers to the 'origins' of the earth and 'COL' alludes to 'collaboration', shedding light on the fact that we work hand in hand with our clients to provide the most innovative environmental service solutions for their businesses.
